Kumon Harborne in Harborne, Birmingham

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I handed in the notice to terminate my contract and some members of the staff began behaving very unprofessional. They wouldn't give me the month's work my children were entitled to but took the money for the whole month. One of the receptionist staff always appears very rude and unfriendly. These people play on parents' insecurities!! That is all!!
