Pass My Way School of Motoring in Bracknell

Had the pleasure of speaking to Steve who's an instructor/owner yesterday. I found the way he reacted to my phone running out of battery just after I answered was incredible. After plugging my phone onto charge and starting the thing back up again I was stunned to see I got a message from himself just saying RUDE. I decided to call Steve to tell him that my phone had ran out of battery and also tell him I didn't appreciate the message and after that brief incounter I would not be using his driving school for my wife. He came up with the poor excuse of that it happens a lot people hanging up or people finding other instructors by the time he gets back to them. Conversion carried on and ironically Steve hangs up on me. Cutting a long story short if he's like that to a maybe client before they get in the driving seat alarm bells should be ringing for you learners drivers thinking of using his driving school. In other words find a driving school with a instructor/owner with a better way of conducting themselves and doesn't though a wobbly like a child.
