Very poor service indeed. Think twice before using this dealership. I am experienced in the car industry and was quoted excessively high prices for certain parts (prices were reduced when this was bought to their attention). I have experienced a generally poor level of customer service when responding to an ongoing issue with my car. Please consider using an alternative dealer.
