I have been a full time psychological therapist in private practice since 1999. I am a fully qualified and experienced eclectic therapist, lecturer and trainer with over 20 years experience of counselling study, practice and professional consultation. Significant professional memberships include the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Institute for Learning (IFL) and the EMDR Association UK and Ireland.
I support Humanitarian aid programmes and the provision of training in traumatology and EMDR to local mental health professionals working with people in traumatized communities worldwide.
My intention always is to help others to develop themselves and find their own way of moving forward.
I welcome enquiries from individual clients as well as formal and legal instruction for the provision of psychotherapies, counselling, CBT, critical incident support, trauma counselling, (EMDR), supervision, stress management, counsellor & organisational training, training groups and group therapies.
