Had my hair cut & coloured here over two weeks ago & the colour is washing out even though I was told it was a permenant colour & my roots would come through in 8-12 weeks! When I contacted the salon I was told it would take 3 visits to cover my previous colour & that I had to use sulphate free shampoo! Was told neither at my appointment & my hair is a mess! No apology for not giving me the right information to maintain the colour! Waste of £80+ for a colour that hasn't lasted & will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed! Avoid at all cost unless you have money to waste.
