I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Senior Accredited Counsellor with 20 years of counselling experience.
My approach to counselling is ‘Person Centred’ which means I aim to treat each individual with respect and acceptance. This kind of counselling places great emphasis on providing a safe, empathic, non-judgemental space for clients to discuss whatever is troubling them. For specific issues I can also offer time limited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
