DRAIN CLEAR 24/7 in Falkirk

I made a web enquiry to this company on the Friday as I had an emergency drain block and I asked if they could come out on the Saturday. I was very impressed when I got a text at 7.30am on the Saturday informing me that they would be with me at 10.30am. I then made arrangements and waited in. I then got a text from them at 10.45 to say no-one would be coming out as all of their 'engineers' were in Stirling. Really? They only just found this out? I then texted them and said I had been waiting on them and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply. I won't be using this company again! Shocking! Treating customers with contempt!
