Morgan Edwards Associates in Bolton

I was contacted by a lady called Bekki and she sold me their service and verbally told me that no fee was due until I won money back on rates! Basically she lied just to be able to get my signature on the contract....... after about 3 weeks I got a letter stating invoice was due and that my case had been acknowledged. ( this does not mean that I have won any money back. When I called back to explain that their sales person had lied they basically did explain I had signed the contract. After a lot of threats of court case, arguing etc, they explained they had a cancellation fee of £249.50. No VAT as they taken it of out of goodwill. When I said there was no cancellation fee mentioned in the contract, they muffled on. These are con artists and I am sorry to say I have been done! Do not let them rip you off!! do not use them!!

First time dealing with Morgan Edwards after trying other business rates companies in the past and I have found them to be professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will definitely deal with them in the future.

The worst un professional Company I have ever used.... Total con, do not use them, they truly deserve to be struck off. How Companies in this day and age are allowed to bribe people in this manner is absolutely diabolical. Unfortunately, My Company are tied into this awful "Business Rate Application" until 2020... I have been in contact with my Local Borough and they have informed me that this Morgan Edwards Associates automatically get an acknowledgment Number and that's it... £299.00 please. Even though it states that if the application is declined or rejected, you DO NOT pay the £299.00, what a load of rubbish... You have to pay the £299.00 as soon as they contact the local Borough... Absolute rip off. I hope the Company get struck off, they deserve to.

Never trust this sales persons! They only want your fees to be paid upfront and doing nothing after!
