I am a general hypnotherapist and an easibirthing® specialist. I work particularly with pregnant women and support them in birthing techniques. I teach them to create an ideal mental state. This help them to have a calm and easy birth, both ideal for mother and baby. There is a large number of clinical evidence supporting the benefits of easibirthing® for mother and baby. Pregnant women will benefit through my easibirthing® therapy. This helps with reaching a state of deep relaxation, visualisation and mind strengthening techniques, maintaining control over her birthing all the way up to her labour day. The mother is nurtured to develop a positive attitude and to change her expectations of birth so that it helps to calm her, assisting the natural process. Using my therapies early in pregnancy will offer your baby the opportunity to grow and develop with a relaxed mother, giving the baby the best possible start to a new life, with positive memories attached for both mother and birthing partner/family.
