Really disappointed with this company. I've used their services for 2 years..which does day something, of course. But business is great when there is nothing to report or do but when a problem arises, that is what really tells you something.

Despite being a good customer for 2 years or any customer for that matter, their ability for problem resolution has been virtually non-existent. My items were delayed/lost in the shipping process and getting on a few days of being late. I wrote to them on a Friday, no response. wrote again on Monday, still no response. Tuesday, I did get a response to which the tracking was showing some oddities and they would hear back from the courier by end of day. I heard nothing back. The next day, still nothing. I had imparted to them how important these were for my business. But I got no response other than to call Keith - which I did and left a message - and I've heard nothing since. Nothing. No items, no return of my payment - despite the request for it twice now. No apology, nothing. I've sent a request for my payment via paypal - still no response.

I think that really says something about a business that when a problem arises, they are not able to resolve it, and further more, become almost obstinate in at least closing it. It is difficult with problems in the works but worse when there is a stubbornness because someone is unwilling to wait 3 weeks to a month for their items.

In my estimation, a customer should never be put out due to your courier issues. That is between you and your courier to resolve. But either return their payment or send a new package of their goods to them.

Have now dealt with Venture Packaging a few times and have to say the service has been second to none.
The card backed envelopes we purchase are great quality and at a fantastic price.
