We promote the Korean Martial Art - WTF Olympic Style Taekwondo. We are part of the largest Taekwondo club in East London. We participate regularly in Kyorugi (fighting) and Poomsae (patterns) competitions.
On Saturday mornings, the Leytonstone class focusses on girls and ladies only and classes are taught by female instructors. Sessions improve fitness, stamina and help to tone up fast. Our members are passionate about the art and deliver fantastic results in training and competitions.
