I had the opposite service to Dean.

Repair didn't work. Took over a month and you couldn't contact them by phone and your only option was to email them for a 2 days response.

I would have no confidence in them.

Very reasonable, came to my work to collect and drop off my phone after opening hours, really good work you would never tell it had broken. Very polite and easy to use.

100% will use again, was a great experience, Dean fixed my Technics turntables and brought them back to me in just a few days, very friendly and cost effective service.
