Smart Platform Rental has pioneered the adoption of light truck mounted powered access rental in the UK over the last 12 years. Over this time the company has grown forming a national network of hire centres in the UK including the Manchester site and also London North (Hemel Hempstead), London East (Dartford) and Birmingham (Sutton Coldfield).
Each hire centres offers a wide range (10-26m working heights) with the majority of platforms being on 3.5t trucks so can be driven using a standard car licence.
In addition each hire centre has its own dedicated training centre that offer (International Powered Access Federation) IPAF training for Smart's vehicle mounts as well as for scissor lifts and MEWPs and also PASMA training for mobile scaff towers.
