A confidential and professional counselling service is provided which enables clients to explore, understand and find solutions to the problems that bring them to therapy. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is the predominant method used but person-centred counselling and solution-focused therapy are incorporated and used where it is appropriate to do so. Sessions take place within a safe and cosy environment at my cottage home in Haworth.
A wide range of issues are dealt with including (but not restricted to) abuse, addiction, depression, stress, anxiety, phobia and trauma.
