Grangeview Estates in London

Grange View Estates are possible one of the worst estate agents I came across in London. When asked to repair the property i was living in they always went for the cheapest option that would hide the problem for some days until it showed again. During the time I was a tenant there my flat and the building had mould infestation, flies infestation, rats in the basement of the building. When I decided enough was enough and ended the tenancy the estate agent Grange View Estates refused to give me back the deposit money for no legal reason, I had to wait 4 months and a dispute to have it back. I really don't understand how the council and the city of London allows this kind of people to operate in the housing market. If you are a tenant or a possible buyer avoid this agency by any means.
