Eden aquatics and reptiles in Edinburgh

We just set up a 350l aquarium, it was cycled and we were keen to buy some fish to start our fish community. We had heard excellent reviews about this place and travelled from Tranent to get to the shop. First thing is there is no parking whatsoever. If you buy a bulky or heavy item then you will struggle to get it home. This proved to be a huge inconvenience for us as we had taken our 2 year old and 1 year old with us and had to park far away from the shop. My husband asked if we could use the toilet (potty training) and was told there was a public toilet 'not far away'. At this point we decided to leave. If this is how potential customers are treated then we decided to take our generous stocking list and money elsewhere. Very disappointed and we will definitely not be back.
