Tea Party was conceived back one night in March 2009. 11pm to be precise. A light bulb moment you could say. Samantha Check had been made redundant from her previous role as a Media Recruitment Consultant after going back to work part time the previous year from maternity leave. In fact, entering the office on the day Lehmann’s went bust didn’t bode well. So, deep in the recession Tea Party was born. Opening October 2009 in small premises in Finchley, North London.
People loved coming to Tea Party to celebrate their memorable occasions, be it a Hen Party, Baby Shower, Birthday or basically any other reason they could think of! Offering both Brunches & Afternoon Tea.
Such a success and looking well, frankly gorgeous, Tea Party moved to a larger venue in Tufnell Park (Kentish Town) in July 2013 where larger tea parties of up to 40 guests could be accommodated.
So, here we are in our fabulous unique private venue on Fortess Road NW5, looking forward to welcoming guests and sharing your tea party.
