It’s about teaching people to move their body the way it was designed, efficiently, and for sustainable performance. Sonia has been an athlete all her life competing in Roller Figure Skating since the age of 5.
She won two national championships and aimed to represent Italy internationally, but an unfortunate injury a few days before the trials forced her to leave the sport. Since then her interest in sports injury & rehabilitation and sport movement grew until she decided to change career and qualify as Sports Therapist.
