He started off with a chip-van around the Dungannon area but more recently has specialised in outside catering for all kinds of events weddings funerals birthdays etc
Now the opportunity has arose to get back to dealing with customers on a one to one basis while serving them an unforgettable feast using only the best products (i highly recommend the sliced chicken supper with gravy and some onion rings ;)
