Scarletts Farm is a unique and interesting establishment right in the heart of Colchester town. Founded by Joshua Farrell at just 14 years of age, we are a family run smallholding whose passion resides in producing happy healthy animals to sell on for breeding stock, or to put on your table. We pride ourselves in providing "fantastic tasting meat" from our very own rare breed stock. The farm is small in scale, and uses as many biodynamic methods of farming as possible. There are no pesticides, artificial fertilisers or chemicals used in the production of our livestock. This page is designed to give you a small insight into our pride and joy, and to tell our story of our incredible journey in the farming world.
