Absolutely shocking service in terms of product recommendations, measuring and fitting, followed by a complete abdication of responsibility, even when one of the blinds fell down, cracking me on the head, due to incorrect and dangerous fixings. 75-100mm gaps in "blackout" blinds and bathroom blinds, plus a taper along the bottom edge of vertical blinds, which is supposedly "normal" and due to the automated cutting machine - so nothing to do with inaccurate measurement of the aperture... Three subsequent (and supremely more professional) blind companies have since commented that they've never seen such a shoddy job. AVOID!
