Zina Perrone in Bedford

I've been searching for a good chiropractor for a few years since the one I was using emigrated. Zina is a very pleasant and skilled chiropractor. This lady know her stuff I highly recommend.

I have only ever met one Chiropractor that's been able to resolve my awful back pain. A failed parachute, motor bike accident and military conflict have all played a part in stopping me from enjoying retirement. Zina was recommended to me two years ago but I felt I would be wasting my time and money, which has been the case for the past 24 years since leaving the services. A few months later another friend highly praised Zina so I made an appointment, explained my back and shoulder history and after treatment I was amazed by the improvement, absolutely fantastic, its brilliant to be so active again... no more pain. I've instigated regular treatments, she's worth her weight in Gold.

She is an amazing chiropractor. She has great bedside manner. Always come out of the appointment feeling like a new person as she works on your problem areas.

Some time ago I made an appointment to see Zina because I had constant back pain and also lack of mobility to such an extent that I was thinking of giving up playing golf. She straightened my spine and I now have considerably more mobility and stamina than I used to which has given me a new lease of life for which I am extremely grateful.
I also find that my asthma has improved to such an extent that I no longer feel the need to carry an inhaler with me when I go out.
I have regular check-ups to make certain that my body alignment remains as it should be. I am now over 90 and am enjoying a full and active life including several overseas holidays every year.

I would recommend that if you are experiencing back pain or anywhere really, chiropractic should be something you explore first thing. My experience has been really positive. I had experienced lower back and hip pain for some time and a colleague at work recommended Zina's clinic at the Village Medical Centre to me. I have been attending for about two years and find that regular treatments, every 3-6 months, keeping me pain-free.
