I need to say how appalled I am by the service I have received. Whilst Oliver may appear to be charming and all about customer service, the reality is very different. He has left me with a job half done and a lot of broken promises. I am in my 70s. Luckily I live in a bungalow, so I have been able to go up and clear out some of the guttering left 'choked' by him, but part of the gutters are considerably higher and make me very nervous. But not Oliver's problem, he has his money (yes, a foolish error paying before the job was completed). So if you are using Matthews Tree Care just be aware.
