Ten Health & Fitness is one of London’s leading boutique health and fitness providers, and the home of Dynamic Reformer Pilates. Our Chiswick studio also offers Physiotherapy, Sports Massage, and Personal Training, plus Barre, TRX and HiiT . We have a range of classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience and there are never more than 10 people in a class. We don’t charge membership or joining fees.
At Ten we also have an approach to client wellbeing that’s significantly different to anything else you’ll find in the sector - we call it our Circle of Care. This collaborative partnership between Ten's Trainers and Therapists enables us to guide you through a long-term and genuinely integrated overall health and fitness strategy.
