Birds4u in Birmingham
I bought a Senegal parrot from birds4u 2 weeks ago and he has unfortunately already passed away. I tried reaching out to Birds4u but I got ignored continuously. He confirmed it was not my fault nor his however he pushed to say that with lively stock you can not determine whether or not they will live.
With the parrot he had sent a care sheet explaining not to touch and keep it in the cage for a whole week to let it settle in which I did, by week two my parrot began to show symptoms of him not being very well so we called the emergency vets who explained they couldn’t help as they were not a specialist and we should bring him in the next day as it was out of hours but unfortunately that night he had passed away.
We then contacted birds4u to explain that our parrot had died but did not hear from them until a couple of days later, when we had spoken to the man he had declined us of our refund which we are entitled to as it is the law.
