Fjordling Smokehouses was established over 30 years ago but has recently built a modern food production plant where we combine our traditional craft with modern facilities. All produce is carefully smoked over oak, and hand crafted over time to allow the delicate smoky flavour of the oak to balance with and complement the natural flavours of the food. Our acclaimed Rainbow trout is locally sourced from our own farms on the chalkstream Rivers Test and Itchen.
