As a professional Counsellor I tailor my services to suit each clients individual needs using a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Person Centred approaches. I am a member of The British Association for Counselling Professions (BACP) and The National Counselling Society (NCS) and I am governed by their code of ethics.
