Established in 1985, the business has always specialised in creating unique pieces, in platinum, gold and diamonds, most of which are bespoke.
Aurum’s talented designer goldsmiths work mainly in Platinum, gold, diamonds and other precious gems. Commissions generally start with a design consultation. This is an opportunity to to discuss ideas, not with a sales-person, but with a craftsman from the on-site workshop, who will spend as long as it takes to come up with a design that is perfect for you.
Most commissions that Aurum undertakes are to mark an important moment in someone’s life. These pieces include engagement rings, wedding rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets and cufflinks.
Eternity rings are commissioned to mark the birth of a child, a special wedding anniversary or a milestone birthday.
Alongside commissions for new pieces, Aurum designer-jewellers also undertake jewellery remodelling. If you have jewellery hidden away and unworn, perhaps because it is broken, worn out, or just no longer to your taste, these items can be taken apart and the materials used to create a brand new piece of jewellery.
