I am a fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Bromyard, Herefordshire, with access to therapy rooms in Worcester and Ludlow, Shropshire.
My specialist area of expertise is helping clients with stress, anxiety and depression. However, I also have a diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy, so therefore able to help clients cope better with life changing illnesses, palliative care, bereavement and any related fears and phobias
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, modern, and well researched strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time. I am constantly helping my clients to look at what they want to achieve rather than on the problem(s).
