In 2016, the practice was formed by two directors, Chris Brightman (of Brightman Architects - awarded Best House Extension Architectural Firm in Sheffield - Build Architecture Awards 2016) and Jonathan Clarke (of JCAD – Jonathan Clarke Architectural Design). Brightman Architects, who were based in Sheffield, joined with JCAD in Chesterfield after successfully working together on a number of projects.
Brightman Clarke Architects, with over 10 years experience in the industry, specialise in house extensions, bespoke new build homes, residential developments and commercial projects. Our experience to date has seen us working on a wide range of projects across Sheffield, Chesterfield, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, across the residential, retail, commercial, leisure and industrial sectors.
