Truelibido is my way of sharing my experiences with dealing with erectile dysfunction. I had my first encounter with ED when I was in my mid 20’s. It made no sense to me that a seemingly healthy and young person like me should have to struggle with this. I also had no libido. I therefore embarked on a journey to get to the bottom of my conditions, with the aim of solving my ED as well as recovering my very low libido. This journey, which I thought would be quick, ended up taking more than 10 years. Through this journey I experimented with all kinds of lifestyle changes, such as different diets, exercises, sleep, stress, sunshine, etc. And I implemented the lifestyle changes that seemed to work for me. Bit by bit, I was able to regain my erectile functions, and in the end I had found a solution to my erectile dysfunction and libido problems. The solution involved making and maintaining a number of healthy changes to how I lived my life. Truelibido is my way of sharing my experiences and solutions to these problems with other men. Therefore, other men who also struggle with the same conditions, can learn from my experiences and hopefully also overcome their ED and libido problems.
