Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club is South London's premier fitness destination. The Lifestyle Club boasts the latest state-of-the-art gym Technogym artis equipment, along with dedicated Fitness and TRX classes in our deluxe studio. Also available is an open air Group Cycle Studio which is one of a kind! The studio overlooks the club's spectacular Olympic sized, heated outdoor pool. If you enjoy tennis, you will find our floodlit tennis courts the perfect place to learn how to play, improve your technique or have a casual game with friends.
During the summer months our sun terraces are a great place to soak up the sun whilst sipping a cool drink from our seasonal Coffee Corner open from June to September.
Discounted tickets are available online for Swimming, Tennis and Fitness Classes.
Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club is just 5 minutes drive from both Woolwich and Blackheath and buses 89, 178, 422, 380 and 53 run regularly from both, stopping just outside the club. The DLR from Bank to Woolwich Arsenal (or trains from London Bridge) followed by a quick bus journey on one of the above, will see you working out in under an hour.
