JL PhysioFit offer Physiotherapy, Massage, Acupuncture and Golf Screening.
They create bespoke PhysioFit rehab programmes to help with strengthening.
Pilates classes throughout the week at all levels for all abilities is offered both in house in the 'Studio' and via 'Zoom' remotely.
