Jubilee Guest House in Mitcham

This the the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life, I am 42 years old man and this place takes the p__s, it is dirty and the room was not cleaned and had a tv but did not work, the owner Mr Muhammad promised to sort out the TV but did not and still owes me £50 because I left early, could not stand the filthy room any more. Quick enough to take the money but not quick enough to pay back, have made seven phone calls to get the money back and now they don't pick up the phone. I advise anyone not to stay at this place.
