Do not trust these people.
They do not provide a receipt for the work.,
The work was incomplete and they did not do what they were paid to do.
They were to repair one window, to replace the hinges and the handle/lock.
What they did was just change the hinges and yet charge the full amount.
When paid they did not provide a receipt for the payment.
A week later the handle malfunctioned again and the window was back the same as it was before they came.
I called them and the just get throbbing me off every day.
"Yes I will get someone to call you back" and no one calls.
This went on for around a month of promises to call back and my calling them over 15 times.
I was passed from one person to another, they dont know what each other is doing.
Then the outcome was they refused to fix the window and said some lie that they were only paid to replace the hinges. Absolute nonsense as I told them in the first instance that the hinges and the lock was broken,
They then finally said they would come out and fix the handle but on a Sunday visit and guess what ...they did not show up.
I finally have had enough and am taking legal action immediately.
I asked them to return my money as I dont want them to come and fix the window. I Want my money back and guess what....they are ignoring my messages.
Well lets see them explain this behaviour to the Judge when they get a summons... !!!
Dont use them... they are nice when they want your money but then afterwards... excuses, excuses.
