Starlite Fantasy Limousines in South Shields

I had a limo booked from this company (Starlite) for my brothers birthday, everyone was really looking forward to this especially the 4 children in the party of 12. We had booked a lovely meal booked at the Quayside and thought the Limo would be a great way to start the celebration.
So we all sat having a couple of drinks at my brothers awaiting our big surprise (pretending to my brother that our taxis would be on the way), I phoned Starlite and the first response was obvious that he had no clue as to the booking!! the same man I spoke to a week earlier and confirmed with and had paid in full.
He then called me back and said sorry the car has broken down and we wont get there at all!! What a load of rubbish!! He had obviously double booked and was a bare face liar about it!! So after having to explain everything to my brother about his so called surprise we did get our local taxi company to ferry us all. So thank you Starlite for ruining what we thought would be a perfect day!!!
And if anyone thinks of booking this company ask around as I am also aware he has done this to a work colleagues child for his Prom... Left them waiting with no reason!!
Don't use this company if you plan on ever being picked up and don't think paying upfront will secure this as they obviously don't give a damn about anyone!! Starlite of South Shields are a big fat con!!
P.S the 1 star on Service rating wont turn off so disregard that!!!!!
