RP Preservation in North Shields

I don't even have words to describe how bad this company is. They did a refurb on my house whilst I was renting up the street and it's been one botched job after another.
1) the bathroom leaked from the start so we had to rip it out and put a new one in 2 months after moving in
2) the hob wasn't connected but the backboard was on the unit below
3) dishwasher wasn't installed properly, leading to water getting into the motor - a potential fire risk
4) instead of a neat hole for the sink waste, Richard hacked a hole out of the back board and left it like that.
5) I just discovered today upon removing some kitchen floorboards that damp joists had been partially cut then replaced with bits of wooden furniture, so they got damp too and my other half went through the floorboards where they had rotted.
6) the laminate was laid poorly, with huge gaps, looked like it was cut with a chainsaw
7) the kickboard under the kitchen units hadn't been fitted properly so the dishwasher wouldn't open all the way
8) He left the drive and patio area in the back dug up and left and never came back
I paid over £20,000 for the work and he had no sense of decency at all. He calls himself a family business yet he ruined my house and has cost me so much money. I wouldn't use this company again if my life depended on it.
