The Orangery Co in Shiremoor, Newcastle Upon Tyne

I cannot start to describe how poor this company is, I have been left with a faulty floor since before Christmas 2014 the problem started May 2014 weeks after they put it down.
they do not come when they say eventually I managed to get an agreement for 20th October 2015, over a year from our original complaint, I took leave from work, no one turned up until after 10.30, I was snapped at when I asked if it would be helpful to open rear doors . they then walked off the job at 4pm , as they were finished for the day.leaving wires exposed and a trip risk, they then reluctantly agreed to complete the work on Saturday, they then texted me to tell me there workers were too busy with their families to complete what they started. They are fine until they get their money. No stars I am afraid. only given 1 star as this site forced you to give a rating

I had my beautiful orangery built a couple of years ago and have enjoyed it so much that I wanted to let people know. Alan and his team designed, built and completed the job at a very good price without any problem and I would recomend them to anyone. David
