Their customer service is absolutely none existent! The first occasion they were booked in (I took a days holiday) to start the work they did not show up? I had to contact him (the owner) to see why. After a poor excuse another day was arrange. Guess what? The same happened again! Both times I had to chase him up and no apology. On the third time of asking they did show up (three weeks have now passed) and worked for two days but left the job incomplete as they "didn't have the rest of the materials" to complete it? Two weeks later and numerous cancellations that I had to chase up they appear to complete it. I had to point out several mistakes that they rectified but left area untidy and not put back to its original state. The work was OK thus the two stars but I would not recommend these to anyone. I went with them because they were cheap and payed the price with a cheap service. Avoid!
