Valley Cafe and Catering Co in Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead

I would not order from here again.
The service is absolutly disgusting. Me and my partner placed an order at half 2, was told should receive order by half 3. When it got to about quarter to 4 we rang to see where it was. The line was busy for the next half an hour. Finally spoke to someone at quarter past 4 who said the driver is doing last deliveries now, did not even get an apology for how late the order was. When it got to quarter to 5 we called again.
It had been over 2 hours since we placed the order and over an hour later for an expected delivery time, the person we spoke to on the phone said it had now closed and at this time it turns to a pizza delivery service and would have to call back tomorrow when the staff who do the sunday lunch are in. So nearly 2 and a half hours after ordering we find out we aren't even getting our food. I am very disappointed as having ordered from here before the lunch was great, however it was half an hour late that we received that order. Will be contacting the staff who do the sunday lunch, however not exactly great service.
