No star rating for these people! They came to my door when I was not available. He told my elderly wife that I had ordered an areal photograph when I clearly had not! He asked her for the money: £39,50 as he needed to be paid. He gave her the framed photograph and she presumed that he was telling the truth so she paid him and he left. Three minutes later I tried to find the guy but he had gone with the money. I called the 0870 number 4 times and asked them to call me back but they did not. Now I have found that this number was a premium line and they never return the call. They are based in Atherstone North Warwickshire. I have been charged heavily for leaving a very short message and been ripen off by a con man!
Great pictures and company, grandparents, parents and myself have purchased some lovely pictures and history to pass down, and at great prices considering it's done by pilots planes photographer. Then developed and framed and delivered for better prices than school pictures or family portrait rip off companies.
Reply to 27th Feb review :- Last point first - 0870 numbers are now part of most service providers inclusive package i.e.. BT/Virgin etc.
I know this because it is MY number and we pay for the call coming in to us.
It might have been nice for this gentleman to have added to this review to say that we had spoken after some confusion, and that it had clearly been a misunderstanding on the doorstep. Obviously, as neither the gentleman, myself or anyone else was there, we sorted the matter to the customers satisfaction and parted on good terms.
We have been selling personalised aerial pictures all over the country for over 35 years so we must be doing something right!!
