The programme is a complete fad, complete with the smoke and mirrors, that has no substance or intelligence.

I have recently left a company that used this on a large profile job in East London in 2012, and in the end, we had to scrap the whole system, and still pay a fortune even though not using it.

When we had an issue we had to call the "support" number to get no answer, to then to be directed to the "support" email, to which we got no help "Joshua" had no idea what was going on. So when passed from him, about 6 days later we get a phonecall from "Ben" the owners son, who is more interested in his fashion than helping. All in all, a complete circus, the PM on the job vowed never to work with them again.
