Seemed lovely on the phone, then difficult (impossible) to get hold of. Investigations done much later than expected (today has explained why, but a call at the time would have let me know). Invoice got sent to old property (just moved), so received irate phone call today, threatening to bring a man around to make sure I have the money. I have not once refused to pay, and am shocked at his attitude and ranting.
