Was promised 'the earth' to start with and hard sold the fact that all work and parts were guaranteed. Some of the work was shoddy and a picture was moved from a wall to cover up damaged plaster, which was denied. There was a dispute over paying the guy who managed the installation, which shouldn't have been my problem and the guarantees for the workmanship strangely went array. When you pay a lot of money out and they can't be bothered to deal with a faulty tap, it says it all really. Gave them enough opportunities to rectify their faults before publishing this review!
