Bella Casa in Horsham

I must leave a review for this company. I was insulted personally by the bell acasa Horsham franchise. I was sent 2 unsuitable cleaners that either complained about the size of the house, made demands and another that expected to come and go, at her desired time. I specifically requested for a cleaner at the same time every week. One of the cleaners put the phone down on me and told me to contact the agency. When I spoke with the agency, I was insulted and screamed at. I managed to get a refund of the agencies fees but I have never experienced such an unprofessional treatment. Be very careful if you consider using this agency. Expect to fit your time around their cleaners and the standard won't be high.
