Very poor quality products and no after sales care or warranty. 3 years on and I have double glazed windows gone in the bi fold doors and they never open correctly from the beginning. He said he would come back many times and never did. I wrote a review in the early days and then got a call from Nigel to say if I took it down he would come back when he returned from his holidays but never did. I have spent in excess of £20,000 with Nigel and end up with sub standard windows - Leaking roof lights - bi fold doors that will not open or close. Stay well clear of this company as we will be disappointed with what he will deliver.
