Ride Away Taxis in Menston, Ilkley

Useless. Cannot be trusted. I have used RideAway for several years. Until quite recently I found them to be reliable and inexpensive. The past 6 cabs I have booked, many with an hour prior. Even when calling shortly after the suggested pick up, they acknowledge the taxi is unroute but doesn't arrive. Last night at 11:45pm my wife and I had to walk 2 miles home from the station in heavy rain while wearing formal evening wear. We will be removing your contact details and replacing with Uber.
