Cameron Matthew Hair Salon in Leeds

Terrible salon. "Highlighted" my hair with GREY streaks despite my clearly asking for creamy blond. I was off to the gym straight after so did not require the £20 blow dry and finish, which they tried to insist I pay despite not requiring or even using that service. They decided that they would not dry my hair at all, so I did not realise the full extent of their disgraceful work until later on. They did not respond to my efforts to get a refund or to correct it, despite my clearly stating in writing the full situation. I'm now having to seek the help of another salon at further expense to myself, but fully intend to seek a small claims case against them. Avoid this salon at all costs. Plus, it's a bit grotty inside. I should have left immediately, but you live and learn!

The worst salon I have ever gone to in my life! I got a hair cut from their so called trainee stylist Hannah, she absolutely butchered it! I wouldn't let her anywhere near scissors if it were up to me. Plus the stylists are rude and the owner made me feel so uncomfortable. Won't be going near him or his salon again.
I advise anyone to go to a different safer salon... I will be growing my hair for a year to get it back to what it was. Not happy at all.
