Alltrack 4x4 in Cradley, Malvern

Drove my car to AllTrack4×4- Millbank Garage, having agreed itinerary of work to be undertaken, with the words “yes, yes, we can do it”. Two months later it was picked up on a tow truck and returned to me with one job completed and the words “We don't want to work on this car any more” ringing in my ears. Communication was zero unless instigated by myself, it was on the car park for 3 and half weeks before they even moved it, and they wondered why I lost my temper! If they couldn't do the jobs they should have said so in the first place. Utter disgrace and a waste of 2 months!
