Parrs Sewing Machines in Malvern

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend. After collecting the sewing machine and when I came to use it, I realised it had the storage/flat bed missing. I had to go back to Malvern (10miles) as I was told after chasing them after 3 days, that I'd have to wait until the end of the week if I didn't collect it myself from Malvern! Also discovered the thread guide hook had been bent inwards so much that I thought it was missing! I had to prise it out so I could use it. The owner got very shirty when I mentioned I thought it was originally missing and wasn't offered any recompense for the inconvenience and shoddy customer service. Shame.
